Job Details:
We are now
looking for an Electrical Site Manager. The project is Large
M&E Contractor delivering a commercial fit-out package on a local community
centre Values up to £10M M&E and the contract will be continued to
2020.
The client:
Tier 1 M&E Sub Contractor and Slough - SL1 Postcode
Requirements:
- Must have
SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos awareness
- Required liaising with technical teams skills
- Required building control degree
education
- Fire Marshall
- Good work ethics
- Organized and well behaved
Duties:
The role as Electrical
Site Manager will be Managing sub-contractors, Material orders /
delivery co-ordination , Managing installation works on projects valued up
to £5 million M&E package, Enforcing RAMS, Site
meetings , Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to, Some
client-facing duties, Delegation of duties where essential and Weekly
reports to the Project Manager.
