Job Details:

We are now looking a site manager to assist with the build of a student accommodation development in Cardiff, worth £40million.

Contract type: Freelance, Start date: DEC 2019
Duration: at LEAST 12 Months and Rate: £240-£270pd

Requirements:

• Have 5 or more years of working with main contractors and have managed schemes of similar value
• Steel or RC frame experience is required 
• Having experience in managing externals would be advantageous.
• Must have, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid-
• Health & safety skills
• SSSTS qualification
• Required HNC construction management education
• Good work ethics
• Organized and well behaved

Duties:

• Responsible for project delivery, planning & programming
• Managing subcontractors and site staff, value engineering, along with all on-site health and safety.
