Job Details:
We are seeking
for Decant
Manager needed for a school project in South West London. This will be on a
contract basis paying up to £250 per day running until February 2020.
(Duration: 3 Months+)
Requirements:
This job requires Decant management experience OR School site
management experience, Trades background or degree qualified, ability
to work well within a high pressured environment, managing site team
skills, CSCS qualified, good work ethics and well behaved will be preferable.
Duties:
- The project itself is a modular school
that is being built, your main role will be to liaise with the school to
coordinate what will be moved from the old building to the new.
- You will potentially also be working on
the fit out of the new school therefor a site management background is
preferable
- School decant procedure management and
Cooperation with clients and subcontractors
- Ongoing monitoring of schedules quality
as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance.
