JOB DETAILS:

We are looking  for a Water Treatment Engineer to join a successful maintenance company providing planned and reactive maintenance in one of London's newest buildings. 

Hours:   Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 17:00 pm

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in their work.

Desirable:

• Who is technically forward thinking, passionate about their trade and has a keen eye for detail.
• A strong background in Water Treatment and experience working in a client facing commercial high
• Rise building environment are compulsory for this Job.

Duties:

• Water treatment - dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
• Water Pressurization Units
• Open and closed water systems
• Cooling Towers
• Pumps
• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant
• Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companies

Requirements:

• City and guild level 2 and 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Commercial Maintenance Experience
• L8 Trained
• Mechanical maintenance engineer experience in a similar role
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Strong work ethic
• Very Client facing
• Commercial Skills
• BSc mechanical engineering,engineering,mechanical e  education

C&G level 2 plumbing,C&G mechanical engineering,city & guilds heating & ventilation,city & guilds plumbing,HNC building services,HNC mechanical engineering,HND,L8,level 2 refrigeration air conditioning.
