JOB DETAILS:
We are
looking for a Water Treatment Engineer to join a successful maintenance
company providing planned and reactive maintenance in one of London's newest
buildings.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 17:00 pm
The successful
candidate will be someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in their work.
Desirable:
- Who is technically forward thinking,
passionate about their trade and has a keen eye for detail.
- A strong background in Water Treatment
and experience working in a client facing commercial high
- Rise building environment are compulsory
for this Job.
Duties:
- Water treatment - dipslides, pH
& temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
- Water Pressurization Units
- Open and closed water systems
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance)
& Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's,
AHU's, HVAC plant
- Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large
blue chip companies
Requirements:
- City and guild level 2 and 3 in
Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Commercial Maintenance Experience
- L8 Trained
- Mechanical maintenance engineer
experience in a similar role
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Strong work ethic
- Very Client facing
- Commercial Skills
- BSc mechanical
engineering,engineering,mechanical e education

QUALIFICATION:
C&G level 2
plumbing,C&G mechanical engineering,city & guilds heating &
ventilation,city & guilds plumbing,HNC building services,HNC mechanical
engineering,HND,L8,level 2 refrigeration air conditioning.
