JOB DETAILS:

Facade manager required for a 3-6 month contract on a large residential project in East London. 

This will be a freelance job paying up to £250 per day depending on experience. The project consists mostly of a brickwork facade however all backgrounds in facade system management will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Large scale brickwork and facade package experience
• Trades background or degree qualified
• Managing site team
• CSCS Qualification
• Strong work ethic
• An ability to work well within a high pressured environment is a must  Rate: Up to £250 p/d

Responsibilities:

• Facade package management
• Ongoing monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance.
• Cooperation with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Educational Requirement:

GCSE
