Job Details:
We are now looking an office administrator for one of our
reputable clients based in the Swindon area. This position is an ongoing
contract for a new build housing development.
Duties:
- Have
the ability to use in a competent fashion Microsoft Office packages
including outlook, word, excell, access, project and power-point.
- To
support the effective day to day administration of the construction team
and the running of the business.
- Answer
phones, check voicemail messages and administer the general e-mail account
for the business.
- Open
and distribute post to all.
- Support
the team by taking minutes in meetings, sorting time sheets and general
admin
- Use
good judgement in dealing with any matter or refer to the
Office/Ops/Managing Director.
- Booking
meetings skills
- The
successful individual will be a team player who is committed to the growth
of this business with the ability to be flexible in their response to
requests from the management in the delivery of their duties.
Previous experience
working as an office support administrator for a construction company is
preferred.
