Job Details:

We are seeking for a Support Worker role in the Renfrewshire area.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have Diploma level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or minimum of 2 years relevant experience, NVQ in Health and Social Care, Valid PVG, Passion for care and support work, High school, college, university qualified, Motivated can-do attitude while working on the job and adults experience required.

Skills:  Be able to manage challenging situations, be person centered, can work as an individual or part of a team, caring competent at dealing with all stakeholders, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, empathy, handling medication, non-judgmental, oral communication, organisational, passionate, report writing (incident logs and daily plans etc), patience, resilient, show initiative, time management, tolerance, understanding, work well under pressure, written communication.

Duties:

Your roll will be Caring for vulnerable older adults, providing high levels of personal one-to-one care, Maintaining and developing residents' welfare and Acting as an inspiration to vulnerable service users.
