for a Plumber for a response repairs local authority contract.
Requirements:
Good
communication skills, Good time keeping, a professional manner and
excellent customer service, Clean & tidy, Basic Handtools, building
maintenance skills, city & guilds plumbing
Responsibilities:
Day to day
repairs across the local housing stock, Carry out reactive and planned
preventative maintenance work on all plumbing aspects from remedial repairs to
repairing flood damage to residential properties, Customer focused
and Problem solver.
