Job Details:
We are looking for an experienced
Building surveyor to join their Capital Works Team on an initial interim basis
as soon as possible.
Requirements:
- The ideal applicants with
be qualified to a minimum of HNC/HND level
- Have significant experience surveying
projects works, ideally within the Social Housing Sector
- Required building surveys skills
- Good work ethics
- Organized and well behaved
Duties:
As planned Maintenance Surveyor,
your roll will be Manage contractors completing planned maintenance
works, make sure projects are running on time and within budget, work
as part of a diverse team, managing Planned Maintenance and Capital Works
Projects, Liaise with tenants, management and contractor staff to ensure
customer satisfaction, Be responsible for Health & Safety on site
and Hold site meeting to monitor progress.
