Job Details:
We are seeking for School administrator / Receptionist
needed in the north of Manchester.
Requirements:
This job requires Receptionist experience, preferably in a
school, SIMS experience is desired, experienced required using the
SIMS database, Parent pay experience is desired, but training can be
provided, non teaching qualified, flexible and calm under pressure
and Friendly, warm manner.
Skills: communication, experienced
in using email systems, Microsoft excel, Microsoft
outlook, Microsoft word, parent pay experience, sims experience
and time management.
Duties:
Your roll will be Writing Letters, Answering incoming
Calls, Welcoming Visitors on site and Dealing with dinner money
and the ideal candidate will combine administration experience and SIMS
knowledge, to support the school office to ensure smooth running and organized day-to-day
activities.
The role is front of house and will give you the chance to
integrate into the school family and expand your administration skills.
