Job Details:
A freelance Site Manager is
needed to oversee a new build residential development consisting of 35
apartments in Islington, North London. The scheme has been on site for 6 months
and is due to complete in December 2020 with future projects currently being
tendered.
Qualification and tickets:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Managing multiple trades skills
- Have good work ethics
- Have experience of
delivering similar projects as number 1 on site for
either similar Main Contractors or Residential Developers.
Duties:
Your roll will be to make sure
smooth construction process including, Managing of all site labour and
sub-contractors, Reporting to a visiting Contracts
Manager, responsible for implementing the construction programme on site
and overseeing subcontractor work, Management of the programme & minimizing/eliminating
potential programme delays.
The project will have a medium
spec finish and consists of a mix of 2/3 bedroom residential units.
