Job Details:

A great chance has arisen for some short term Site Supervisor work for a new project in Gainsborough.

Requirements:

A valid SSSTS or SMSTS, Experienced at supervisory or manager level, managing direct labour & sub contractors skills, experience within M&E & building fabric projects, Required SMSTS,SSSTS qualification, good work ethics, organized and well behaved.

Duties:

Responsible for fulfilling the client's role of Principal Contractor, Management of sub-contractors on site, Have ongoing arrangements in place for managing health & safety and welfare, Liaise with the principal designer to share any information relevant to the planning, management, monitoring & coordination or the pre-construction phase.
