Job Details:
We are
seeking for Land surveyor to work on a large civil engineering scheme to start as soon as possible.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must
required HND/Degree or equivalent in Land Surveying or related technical
discipline, Display previous Civil engineering and construction
experience, Hold a relevant CSCS Card, Experience of survey control
networks, including coordinate systems, Fully conversant with the use of
modern Survey instruments such as :Robotic Total Stations, GPS, Digital
Levels, Have experience of AutoCAD, experienced land
surveyor, looking at drawings skills, CSCS qualification , good work
ethics and well behaved will be preferred.
Ideally someone with experience
of working on other large civils jobs with bulk earthworks and structures would
be considered.
Duties:
- Responsible for organizing
your own work load
- Scheduling Surveying works and meeting
project deadlines for the delivery of Surveying data
- Providing technical and administrative
services to meet project specifications and dimensional control of
construction works
- Your role will involve installation and
maintenance of control on the scheme as well as survey and as builts

Job Details:
We are
seeking for
a planner for a long-term requirement on their project. The role will likely
last for 12 months or more, making this an excellent chance to get on a long-term
project and seeing a scheme from inception to completion. The scheme is a smart
motorways scheme.
Requirements:
- Experienced planner with
previous experience on large civil engineering schemes
- Previous experience using P6.
- Some Highways project experience
- construction planning skills
- CSCS qualification required
- Good work ethics
- Organized and well behaved
Experience within the highways
sector would be a major bonus but isn't compulsory. The project involves
upgrading the existing road, adapting the hard shoulder into an extra running
lane, some elements of structures and installation of smart motorway
electronics / information technology.
