Job Details:
We are
seeking for caretaker in Levenshulme, Manchester.
Working hours: Monday -
Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Requirements:
This
job requires DBS, Good attention to detail, able to work as part of a team and
individually, Good time management skills and have good work ethics.
Duties:
Your roll will be to covers all
aspects of general site management including, planned and reactive building
maintenance, porterage, security, reception, make sure security of the
building at all times, maintain the site visitor book including signing in
of contractors, complete minor works as required including painting and putting
up notice boards etc and lock and unlock the building.
