Job Details:
We are seeking
for Mechanical project Manager.
The client: M&E
Contractor, £12m Turnover, Projects across London and the
South East
The projects: Multiple commercial fit out projects, Values up to
£2m M&E
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must required
skills of chairing weekly progress meetings, client & consultant
liaison, client liaison, conducting tender review
meetings, delivery of installations, design management, design
variations, liaising with consultants to re-evaluate
programme, liaising with engineer & consultants, managing clients
expectations, managing direct labour & sub contractors, managing
sub contractors, negotiating with main contractors, negotiating with
specialist sub contractors, negotiating with suppliers, pitching
tenders to clients, procurement, riba, specialist package
management and sub contractor management.
Duties:
Your roll will be Pre-tender meetings, manage the site schedule of work and site teams, Manage sub
contractors, Value engineering and scoping work, Maintain
relationships between client, subcontractors and partners, Estimations and
variations as required and Procurement.
Benefits:
You will be offer starting
salary of between £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, Pension, Generous
Holiday allowance, Paid travel, Regular pay and performance reviews
and free parking.
