Job Details:
We are looking Senior customer support analyst to support the global head-quarters
with all elements of IT support.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must required graduate
degree in computer science (or similar), experience delivering IT support,
experience supporting Office 365, cloud skills, good work
ethics, Proven experience supporting VIPs and must have Microsoft
certified solutions expert (MCSE).
Duties:
Your roll will be Identify user training
opportunities and conduct training sessions with users on areas of desktop and
mobile equipment, Provide front line, user focused support for incidents and
requests reported to the IT Service Desk via telephone, walk-in, email and
chat, maintain the desktop, printing, mobile and AV equipment of the office and
As a member of the central support technology team, you will assist in
providing all UK users with quality IT customer services and maintain the
office IT equipment.
