Job Details:
We are
seeking for an Operations Manager to cover commercial contracts
across Edinburgh.
Requirements:
- Must have 3 years previous
experience as a Contracts Manager within the FM market
- Boilers skills required
- Must have a proven record with at least 3
years management experience.
- 17th edition qualification
Duties:
As operation Manager, your roll
will be to make sure all contractual KPIs are delivered on a monthly
basis, provide line management to Supervisors/ Engineers in the
east, Manage P&L, Write monthly performance reports, Deliver
minor works, installation works and PPMs.
