Job Details:
We are seeking for a Housing
Officer to join our team delivering a high quality, cost effective, customer
focused service in line with customer needs, housing policy and legislation
and working with a Local Authority based in North West London.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (average weekly hours 35)
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must required experience of working
with homelessness/ antisocial behavior, Tenancy management, Leasehold management,
in a customer facing role, ideally in a social housing field, Income/debt
collection policies and procedures, Minor ASB issues, computer literate and
hold a full UK driving license; access to a vehicle for work purposes is
necessary.
Duties:
- Working on comprehensive resident led
housing functions
- Maintaining a high quality physical environment and a resident focused customer friendly service.
