Job Details:
We are seeking
an experienced handyperson in Kingston upon Thames KT2 7QB.
Monday to
Friday 08.00 Am - 17.00 Pm
It will be an
immediate start.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have Experience with plumbing systems, Ability to communicate well
with property management and maintenance staff, previous cleaning
experience, Excellent facility with common hand and power
tools, Willingness to uphold company standards, Basic DBS
compulsory, Experience with a leading
company, Long term secure work and GCSEs or equivalent will
be preferred.
Duties:
As handyperson, your roll will
be Painting and decorating, Minor plumbing and carpentry, Clearing or
cleaning general areas, Repairs to locks and Clean facilities
by sweeping, dusting etc.
