Job Details:
We are looking for a Facilities Manager / Operations
Manager as soon as possible to complete a predominantly office based
role in the centre of Bristol.
Requirements:
This job requires Proven people management skills -
experience of leading large services with dispersed workforce, track
record of effectively managing performance and building successful
teams, experience of working in Local Authority, strong communication
skills, strong negotiation and motivation skills, Good organization and
planning skills, building maintenance skills, awareness of the local
authority (i.e. political) context would be advantageous but not absolutely
critical, good work ethics and well behaved.
