Job Details:
We are seeking
for Plumber
for a response repairs local authority contract.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must
required Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional
manner and excellent customer service, Clean & tidy, Basic Hand tools, building
maintenance skills, city & guilds plumbing qualified and have good
work ethics.
Duties:
Your roll will be to carry out
reactive and planned preventative maintenance work on all plumbing aspects from
remedial repairs to repairing flood damage to residential properties, Day
to day repairs across the local housing stock, Customer focused
and Problem solver.
