Job Details:

We are seeking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well known and respected House Builder in the Central Belt of Scotland.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have experience in managing multiple sites previously with a leading house builder, CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, managing site team, Bachelor/Masters in Construction Management (or relevant degree), Awards such as Pride in Job, NHBC Certificates/ Awards, skilled in leading your site managers, maintaining a high quality product and always a key focus on Health & Safety will be preferred.

Benefits:

You will be offer circa £65k+, Car Allowance + Fuel Card, Bonus.
