Job Details:

We are seeking for a Contract Manager to manage a team of Mobile Engineers covering sites across the West Midlands.

Requirements:

• Building maintenance skills required
• Good work ethics
• Organized and well behaved

Duties:

You will take the lead in the contract delivery of hard services across a portfolio of sites, from developing a relationship with the client, to delivering planned and reactive maintenance while meeting the contractual requirements including statutory compliance.
