are seeking for an experienced Administrator to work in Bristol.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must required experience
of working to deadlines with great communication skills, Previous administration experience, good work ethics, great attention to detail, always punctual and flexible in your approach to work, IT literate and have good Excel and word skills.
Duties:
As Administrator, your roll will be Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and
databases, Perform general
administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department, Carry out document controlling in an efficient and
timely manner, Liaise with internal
and external customers/contacts to make sure a smooth flow of information and
work between the department and You
may be required to undertake other tasks that can be reasonably assigned to you.
