JOB DETAILS:
Project- Senior Quantity Surveyor required for Tier 1 Main
Contractor for £1b Residential Scheme in Central London which is Ongoing - up
to 2 years + .
Project: £1b Residential
Scheme consisting of high rise towers with elements of commercial and retail
builds.
Start: ASAP
Duties:
- Project
- Senior QS to run procurement
- Manage
packages on the fit-out side of the scheme as well as touching on the
actual build
- Cost-reporting,
Procurement, Variations, Valuations, Payments, Final accounts and Site
meetings
Requirements:
- MUST
have high value
- New
build residential experience
- The
ability to work using their initiative and independence
- Residential
skills
