Job Details:
We are looking for a Site Administrator/Receptionist to
join a major Residential developer in South London.This is an excellent
opportunity to working in a dual admin / reception type duty while working for
a large residential developer who has a track record of success with their
projects.
Responsibilities:
- Taking calls and emails
- Being
the front of house
- Working
closely alongside the Project Manager
- General
administration
- Signing
visitors in and out
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have
strong attention to detail
- Ideally
have experience within a similar environment & job
- Experience
of Dynamics 365 be a bonus, but this is not essential as training will be
provided
- Booking meetings skills
- Qualification (17th edition)
- Educational requirements (Asset degree)
- Good
work ethics
- Organized
and well behaved
