Job Details:
Are you situated
at near west London and searching for a longer term freelance contract?
We have a fresh
role working at Project Manager Level for the next year working for a Tier 1
Sub-contractor.
Requirements:
- Experience
working with a recognized groundworks & RC frame
sub-contractor
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or
equivalent
- A valid CSCS card
- Knowledge of RC Frame Engineering works
- Required
BSc civil engineering education
- Managing
site team skills
- Required
SMSTS qualification
- Good work
ethics
- Organized
and well behaved
Responsibilities:
Management of site staff, collaboration with
clients or subcontractors and the design team, Preparing and writing method
statements, ITP's and risk assessments, Site set up and compliance with
health and safety, Planning and programming of the works 3 weeks ahead
and Attending weekly progress meetings.
