Job Details:
A great chance to work for an established FM
service provider located in London. My client is searching for a Electrical /
Multi-skilled Engineer to be based in a number of retail stores in
London. Which pays an hourly rate up to £17.00 per hour or up to £34,000
a year. A van will be provided. A clean driving licence will be required.
Hours of work: ( Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17:00)
Responsibilities:
Working with the maintenance team on site, He
or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric
maintenance to the following;
- Lighting (Small installation,
Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's
- Pumps,
Motors
- Air
Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes,
cleaning)
- Chillers
- Re-set
- Water
Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets
- BMS
System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Requirements:
- Mechanical - City & Guilds,
Apprenticeship
- A
proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Immediately
available
- Multi-skilled
- Good
communication skills
- Clean
driving licence
- Good
work ethics
- Must
have building services skills
- City
& guilds electrical installations educational requirements
- Organized
and well behaved
Highly desirable (Not essential)
- Any further qualifications (i.e. Electrical or Air Conditioning etc)
