Job Details:
Management Company
is seeking for a Fabric Engineer on a contract basis with the view to going
permanent to start immediately in Manchester.
The ideal
engineer will have worked in Facilities Management before nad has a joinery
background.
Pay rate is
£13/£15 per hour with the salary being £27,000 once permanent.
Duties:
- To present
a front facing customer service attitude to the customer at all times.
- The role covers all aspects of general
site management including, planned and reactive building maintenance.
- To ensure security of the building at all
times.
- Painting work
- Plastering
- Hanging doors
- Changing locks
- Joinery work
Requirements:
- Skills: hanging doors and
Qualification: C&G carpentry and joinery
