Job Details:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a busy team supporting and maintaining End User Computing systems for 6 month’s duration.

Requirements:

• Have experience of analyzing system problems and advising both users and IT staff. 
• Have any previous service desk or desktop support roles would be very relevant. (Any project experience would be a bonus but not compulsory for this position.)
• The desirable candidates must required the essential skills of Remote Management Toolsets, User Admin on Active Directory, Configuration of Desktop, Software and Hardware peripherals, Windows 7, SCCM, Citrix (Basic Admin), LAN, WAN and TCP/IP protocol and Management Systems.
