Job Details:
We are seeking for an IT Support Engineer to join a busy team supporting and maintaining End
User Computing systems for 6 months 30 minutes from Cardiff and accessible
by public transport.
Requirements:
- Have
experience of analyzing system problems and advising both users and IT
staff.
- Have any previous service desk or desktop
support roles would be very relevant. (Any project experience would be a
bonus but not compulsory for this position.)
- The successful candidates must
required the essential skills of Remote Management Toolsets, User Admin on Active
Directory, Configuration of Desktop, Software and Hardware
peripherals, Windows 7, SCCM, Citrix (Basic Admin).
- Desired
skills: LAN, WAN and TCP/IP protocol and Management Systems.
- Required active
directory skills
This job is
likely to be extend or become a permanent position for the suitable candidate.
