Job Details:

A great chance has arisen to work for an ever-growing electrical installation and maintenance company located in London. 

Company look after everything From M&E, Soft/Hard FM and Fire & Security.

Full FM Company from Design, Installs, Maintenance.

Requirements:

• Highly skilled Fire & Security Engineer with a proven track record
• Skills: building maintenance, compliance, door closers , electrical maintenance, fire alarms, h&s, kpi's, manage ppm schedule, maximo, ppm, reactive maintenance.
• Required IOSH,NEBOSH,NVQ level 2  qualification
• Required BEng electronics or electrical engineering, city & education
• Good work ethics

Equipment: 

Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control Systems and Intruder Alarms.

Duties:

Required to take care their residential, commercial and corporate properties across South London.

Installation & Servicing Of Fire Protect and Detection Systems
Installation & Servicing Of Security Systems

Benefits:

Salary - Up to £35,000, Call out rota, 25 Days Holiday & Bank Holidays, Company Van & Fuel Card, Call out Rota, Covering South London and Commercial and Corporate properties.
