Job Details:
We are seeking for
a Design Technology teacher with an understanding of resistant materials or
electronics in the Preston area. We work on an ad hoc basis with day to day
supply and long term cover available depending on your preference.
Requirements:
- Health and
safety awareness in a classroom environment
- Subject knowledge
- Effective classroom management strategies
- Previous employment in KS3/KS4
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Motivate struggling students
- Approachable, Enthusiasm and punctual
- Excellent classroom practitioner who is
passionate about their subject
- Good work ethics
- Organized and well behaved
- Communication skills
- Required high school education
Responsibilities:
- Previous
experience as a subject specialist (DT)
- QTS Qualified
- Great behavior management skills
- Available to interview this week
- Working with highly skilled staff
delivering outstanding lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
