Job Details:
An international property
maintenance company who are seeking to add a static A/C Engineer to a data
centre situated in Hemel Hempstead. The desirable candidate would
come from a data centre or a banking background.
Hours: Monday - Friday -
8:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements:
Must pass DBS check, City
& Guilds level 2 in Air conditioning and refrigeration, F Gas
qualified, Experience in working in commercial building maintenance
and A full clean driving license.
Duties:
General servicing and breakdown to general AC
units, PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive
maintenance, Covering commercial offices in the retail
industry, Working on AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, split systems, chillers & all
HVAC plant and Working on cooling towers and water treatment duties.
