DETAILS:
We are seeking for an experienced IT Operations Manager
with 10-20 years working on construction focused projects.
Your team will be responsible for managing cloud based
services and on site IT facilities for 500-2000 users.
Skills:
- have a
strong relevant IT background
- Experienced
in managing IT services.
- A background
of working in the construction sector is preferred but not essential.
- Experienced in managing the implementation and
maintenance of mission critical services (budget, plan, resources,
deliverable and dependency).
- Knowledge
and experience of Printing and Network services.
- Experience in
Mobile device management system
- Understanding
of SCADA

Essential:
- Degree (or equivalent) in CS Studies OR Construction
Engineering combined with strong experience in IT
- Itil
qualified
- Good level
of experience of managing third party both contract management and
technical aspects.
- Proven
experience in ITIL service management implementation and usage or
equivalent operational framework.
- Proficient
in ITSM tools.
- Strong knowledge
- Experience with IT platforms: Office 365, Azure, Active
Directory, Exchange, SharePoint.
- Familiar
with Cyber and Information Security standards and requirements (EU and
UK).
Duties:
- Responsible
for internal IT services and outsourced and IT mobilization of
about 20 construction sites (structured cabling, networking, interim and
permanent Internet connectivity, desktop equipment, tablets, videoconferencing,
etcetera). Mobilization includes scoping, subcontracting, implementation.
- Establish
an ITIL oriented operational environment.
- Monitor and
control the IT services and their underlying infrastructure, to insure
optimal operational status (job scheduling, backup, routine maintenance,
patching, upgrades, resource monitoring).
- Problem management with several specialized IT departments of the
parent groups of the joint venture and the supply chain.
- Manage
outsourced service desk, incidents and requests and arise to internal
and third-party support, including problem management (trend analysis and
prevention).
- Monitor of
IT service levels provided by third parties, performance indicators and
service level agreement compliance.
- Manage IT
Portal (IT Service Management), including IT assets and knowledge base
(both users facing and internal).
- Chair Change
Advisory Board and manage the change process
- Identity
and access management, with aim to optimize Joiners, Movers and Leavers process
either by means of automation or coordination with other teams.
